Jason Ventura Garcia is a trial lawyer who has practiced both as a criminal prosecutor, defense attorney, and civil attorney. He was born and raised in Alice, Texas with roots in Jim Wells County.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He then moved to Houston to receive his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school, Jason interned with the Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid Office in Corpus Christi handling criminal and civil matters. He also interned with the Flores Law Group in Houston helping manage business related disputes.

He has practiced as a prosecutor in both Jim Wells County and Bexar County. Together, he has brought over two dozen trials to verdict and has managed both misdemeanor and felony dockets.

At Valdez & Trevio, Mr. Garcia primarily focuses his practice on cases involving premise liability, personal injury, property damage, and insurance defense.
