Mr. Cerda is an associate attorney whose prior practice focused on civil litigation and transactional law. During this time, he represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters, including construction, commercial contracts, landlord–tenant matters, and property disputes. Mr. Cerda also drafted and reviewed contracts, advised clients on corporate formation and governance, assisted clients with conducting internal audits on processes and procedures, and handled probate and estate administration.
