Motion for Summary Judgment in Bexar County

At Valdez & Trevino, we excel in navigating complex insurance defense cases with strategic precision. Recently, in the 408th District Court of Bexar County, Texas, our lead attorney, Frederick Saporsky III, successfully defended a client involved in a multi-party lawsuit stemming from a two-vehicle accident. In this case, a rideshare driver and her passenger were involved in a collision when a delivery driver pulled out from a private driveway into their path. The delivery driver claimed his view was obstructed by two vehicles improperly parked in a “No Parking” zone adjacent to our client’s business premises. Despite our client having no ownership or control over the vehicles in question, they were brought into the lawsuit under allegations that these vehicles contributed to the accident. Understanding the stakes, Mr. Saporsky took decisive legal actions and filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, demonstrating that there was no valid cause of action against our client. The court granted our motions, effectively dismissing our client from the lawsuit.

This outcome underscores our commitment to proactive and effective defense strategies that protect our clients’ interests.
