Joe Ellis wins big In Bell County, Texas.

The firm congratulates Joe Ellis on a big win in Bell County, Texas. Joe prepared and argued a Motion for Traditional and No-Evidence Summary Judgment and the Court granted his Motion. Therefore, all of the causes of action that the Plaintiff had alleged against Defendant in the lawsuit are now dismissed with prejudice.

Win for Client in San Patricio County

JJ Trevino attended trial in San Patricio County in July 2022. The case involved a motor vehicle accident and allegations that Plaintiff’s catastrophic injuries were caused by the negligence of the Firm’s clients. After presenting our case at trial, the Jury returned a verdict in favor of our clients and the Court Ordered that Plaintiff take nothing on all of his claims.
