Born in San Angelo, Texas, Cody is a litigation attorney with more than fourteen years of experience representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in civil disputes. His practice includes commercial, construction, real estate, and insurance litigation, as well as matters involving catastrophic loss.

Cody has experience managing litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appeal. He has handled matters involving discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trials, and appellate proceedings. His practice emphasizes practical litigation strategies and effective representation of clients throughout the course of a dispute.

Cody earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011, where he served on the Student Bar Association Executive Board and was an editor of the school newspaper. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Crime & Justice from The University of Texas at Dallas.
