Mr. Garcia is a litigation attorney who focuses his advocacy skills on the development and civil trial of cases involving personal injury, premise liability, property damage, and insurance defense. Before joining Valdez & Trevino, he began his career as a criminal prosecutor at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. During his career, he has honed his trial skills, bringing nearly two dozen jury trials to verdict.

Mr. Garcia received his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2018 and is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Texas Bar College.  He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Texas, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas.
