Valeria has been practicing civil law since 2012.  While attending law school, she clerked for the Office of the Texas Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division, where she subsequently began her legal career as a prosecutor representing the State of Texas’ interests in the investigation and prosecution of fraudulent and deceptive trade practices involving individual state and multistate matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Valeria was the Managing Attorney of the San Antonio Regional Office of the Consumer Protection Division.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, and The College of the State Bar of Texas.
