Jenna’s legal career is marked by a deep commitment to litigation and advocacy. She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University New Orleans and went on to complete her Juris Doctor with additional civil and comparative law coursework in Europe. Since joining the firm, Jenna has focused her practice on defending personal injury matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, offshore casualties, and complex disputes including oil and gas contractual and professional liability cases. She has also taken multiple cases on appeal, securing favorable outcomes for clients.

Her thoughtful approach to defense strategy and strong courtroom experience strengthen our firm’s ability to serve clients facing challenging civil litigation. We look forward to her leadership and continued contributions as a partner.

V&T is pleased to share that Joseph E. Cuellar successfully obtained mandamus relief in the Thirteenth Court of Appeals. The trial court ordered our client to produce a confidential document and declined to vacate the order, even though the case had already settled before the deadline for compliance. Recognizing that settlement had resolved all substantive disputes, the Court of Appeals granted relief to ensure our client’s rights were protected.
